Salary And Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000.00 – $190,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for our clients discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Gravity Futures applicable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and train machine learning models (predictive, NLP, computer vision)
  • Deploy AI models into production (MLOps, APIs, cloud platforms)
  • Work with large datasets to extract insights and improve model accuracy
  • Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions
  • Optimize and monitor models for performance, scalability, and reliability

Senior Blockchain Engineer
Gravity Futures has partnered with a leading Tech company to help build their team’s market data infrastructure project and is looking for a Senior Blockchain Engineer to contribute to smart contract development, SDKs, tooling & backend infrastructure. This role has a focus on Rust with other software languages deemed a bonus.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to on-chain & off-chain projects from concept to deployment.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, shaping the future of finance to increase the projects trajectory and adoption.
  • Mentor more junior engineers by giving feedback and code reviews to maintain the team’s high standards in software design and documentation.

Senior Solutions Architect -Gen AI
As a Generative AI Solution Architect, you will use ML and Generative AI tools, such as Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Code Whisperer and other technologies to design, evangelize, and implement state-of-the-art solutions for never-before-solved problems. You’ll help drive successful business outcomes across a broad set of customers through your passion for educating, training, designing, and building cloud-hosted Generative AI solutions.

You will design and develop Generative AI industry solutions that involve large-scale data processing and modeling. You will have Full responsibility to help define requirements, create solution designs, implement code to these specifications, and support solutions while deployed and used by our industry customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of specific technology domain areas experience (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
  • 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructure experience
  • 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries

Preferred Qualifications

Our client is looking for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Architect to work on their ongoing projects. This role will be a contract to hire permanent role based in Dallas TX. Gravity Futures will Sponsor an H1-B Visa after 6 months of current employment.

Required Skills:

AI Solution Architect
The AI Solution Architect role is crucial for designing and implementing production AI solutions that address complex business problems. This position requires a professional dedicated to staying on top of the latest AI technologies and adept at applying them to create innovative products and services.

What You’ll Do

  • Create high-level and detailed design plans for AI and ML production solutions, including selecting appropriate AI algorithms, data sources, infrastructure, and technologies that align with the organization’s goals and constraints.
  • Lead sales solutioning and mentor others to play similar roles
  • Lead the development of AI products taking them from prototype to production including deployment on cloud platforms.
  • Consult with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, assessing how AI techniques like machine learning, natural language processing can address those needs
  • Design the overall architecture of AI solutions including the relationships between various components.
  • Work with data engineers and scientists to ensure effective data collection and preparation for training AI models.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of AI solutions and implement improvements.
  • Keep updated with advances in AI technology and find opportunities to upgrade existing solutions.

Must-Have Skills

  • 7+ years’ experience architecting and developing AI or machine learning solutions on platforms such as AWS, Databricks, Azure, Google Cloud and OpenAI.
  • Hands-on experience with Deep Learning, LLM, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks
  • Ability to think creatively and collaborate about applying AI to solve business problems with multiple capabilities, including Experience Design, Change Management, and Process Reengineering
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to explain AI solutions to stakeholders.
  • Master’s degree in computer science, Machine Learning, or related field.
