AI Solution Architect, a role crucial for designing and implementing production AI solutions that address complex business problems. **What You’ll Do**  
- Create high-level and detailed design plans for AI and ML production solutions, including selecting appropriate AI algorithms, data sources, infrastructure, and technologies that align with the organization’s goals and constraints.  
- Lead sales solutioning and mentor others to play similar roles  
- Lead the development of AI products taking them from prototype to production including deployment on cloud platforms.  
- Consult with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, assess how AI techniques like machine learning, natural language processing etc. can address those needs  
- Design the overall architecture of AI solutions including the relationships between various components.  
- Work with data engineers and scientists to ensure effective data collection and preparation for training AI models.  
- Continuously monitor the performance of AI solutions and implement improvements.  
- Keep updated with advances in AI technology and find opportunities to upgrade existing solutions.

**Must-Have Skills**  
- 7+ years’ experience architecting and developing AI or machine learning solutions on platforms such as AWS, Databricks, Azure, Google Cloud and OpenAI.  
- Hands-on experience with Deep Learning, LLM, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch and other AI frameworks  
- Ability to think creatively and collaborate about applying AI to solve business problems with multiple capabilities, including Experience Design, Change Management and Process Reengineering  
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to explain AI solutions to stakeholders.  
- Master’s degree in computer science, Machine Learning, or related field
